In addition to the theory sessions, we will do practical exercises and cover a wide range of topics necessary for coping with chronic pain, creating a healthier lifestyle, and freeing yourself from back pain. The course is online, so you can participate from anywhere. All you need is an internet connection. The course discussions and review will take place in a Facebook group. Therefore, it would be helpful if you are also a Facebook user.

*All sessions take place once a week on Wednesdays from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM and will be available for review afterward.

Riina herself struggled with back pain for many years and is now almost pain-free. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Do I need to be present at the LIVE sessions?
The LIVE sessions take place in the evening at 6 PM in the course's Facebook group and on Zoom. If you can't attend on any given day, you can easily watch the session later. All you need is an internet connection and a Facebook account.
If I have had back pain for a long time, is this course suitable for me?
The course is primarily designed for people with chronic back pain. The longer the pain has persisted, the longer it may take for the pain to subside.
How long will the course materials be available to me?
The course materials are yours to keep, and the theory sessions will be available for review until the end of March.
What technical tools are required to complete the course?
To participate in the course, all you need is a computer and an internet connection. All the necessary materials and instructions will be provided in a special Facebook group created for the course.
Can back pain really go away completely?
Yes, back pain can truly subside. Of course, there are people whose back pain has lasted for a very long time and, for various reasons, it may not be fully eliminated. However, it is always possible to reduce back pain. And less pain is always better than more pain.
