Seljakool OÜ organizes adult education courses in the field of personal development.

Seljakool OÜ follows the Adult Education Act, the Continuing Education Standard, and other relevant regulations and documents when organizing training sessions.

Seljakool OÜ offers health-related courses, which do not qualify as healthcare services or continuing education for healthcare professionals.

Courses are mainly conducted online as live training sessions (in a web environment).

Seljakool OÜ also organizes in-person courses. In such cases, the participation conditions may differ from those of online courses and are always explained in the course program description.

The duration of courses is measured in academic hours, with one academic hour equaling 45 minutes.

Courses are conducted in groups and in Estonian. The usual group size is 5-25 people.

Live training sessions generally take place in the evening, outside of working hours. Participants can complete self-paced assignments at a time that suits them.

Digital course materials are included in the course fee. If desired, course materials can also be provided in printed form, for which an additional fee will be charged to cover printing and shipping costs.

Course Participation Terms and Conditions

Seljakool OÜ courses are generally fee-based. To participate in a paid course, you must pay the course fee and register for the course on the website.

Soovi korral väljastatakse tasumise kohta arve. Koolituse eest on võimalik tasuda ka arve alusel. Vastava soovi korral saata sellekohane kiri aadressile seljakool@seljakool.ee.

At least 2 days before the online course, participants will receive an email with general information about the course, instructions, and the schedule.

Participants may withdraw from the course by notifying the course organizer via email at seljakool@seljakool.ee.

Seljakool OÜ offers a money-back guarantee for its courses: if you cancel within 3 days of the start of the online course, the full course fee will be refunded. For in-person courses, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the course begins. If the cancellation is made later, the course fee will not be refunded.

Seljakool OÜ reserves the right to remove participants from the course if they disrupt the course, disturb other participants, or violate the course participation rules.

Course Cancellation or Postponement

Seljakool OÜreserves the right to cancel or postpone a course if the minimum number of participants is not met. Registered participants will be informed via email.

In the event of course cancellation, the course fee may be transferred to another course or fully refunded.

Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

Seljakool OÜ collects the following data about course participants: first and last name, email address.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act.

By registering for the course, participants confirm that they have read and agree to Seljakool OÜ terms of use and privacy policy.
