Participant Feedback:

“I really appreciated how you, as a respected doctor, were able to explain all topics in a way that ordinary people could understand. You are so warm, helpful, supportive, and patient. I stepped out of the victim mindset regarding pain and feel motivated to move more. I loved how you included research and broke it down into points relevant to the course topics. It helps me a lot not to imagine some ‘broken spot’ in my back anymore.” – Angelika

“The modern approach to pain management was fascinating and thought-provoking. An excellent combination of comprehensive knowledge, delicate persuasion, and creating a safe space throughout the course! Hats off to you!” – Külli

“The course is both comprehensive and broad in its range of topics, yet filled with many practical tips and advice. Although I’ve battled back pain for years and researched it myself, I found new insights in this course. Additionally, it offered useful ideas on topics not directly related to back pain.” – Meelis

“I’m grateful that even though I have extensively read, researched, and worked on myself, your ideas and exercises were still supportive, and the questionnaire was incredibly helpful. I greatly value your effort to draw people’s attention to taking responsibility and seeking solutions not only for physical pain but also in mental and social aspects.” – Lehti
