Online Store Seljakool The owner of the Online Store (hereinafter referred to as the "Store") is OÜ Seljakool (registration code) 16608376), located at Suur Kaar 18, Tartu.

  1. Validity of the sales contract, product and price information

1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.

1.2 The prices of products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. All prices of goods sold in the Online Store are in euros.

1.3 Information about the products is provided directly next to the product in the Online Store.

  1. Placing the order

2.1 To order a product, you must add the desired items to the shopping cart. To complete the order, you need to fill in the required fields. The total amount will then be displayed on the screen, and you can pay securely using the following payment methods:

2.2 Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Webshop in a secure environment - when paying with a bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS when paying with a credit card. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card data. The contract enters into force from the receipt of the amount to be paid to the online store's current account.

2.3 The owner of the Online Store is the data controller and will transmit the necessary personal data for processing payments to the authorized processor, Maksekeskus AS.

2.4 If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the product being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible, and the paid amount will be refunded without delay, but no later than 14 days from the date of notification.

  1. Delivery

3.1 The buyer has the following options for receiving the goods: Omniva, Itella parcel machines. Digital products will be sent via email.

3.2 The shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the relevant pricing information is displayed next to the selected shipping method.

3.3 Domestic shipments within Estonia generally reach the buyer's designated destination within 3 business days from the conclusion of the sales contract. Deliveries outside of Estonia will be made within 14 calendar days.

3.4 In exceptional cases, the seller has the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days.

  1. Right of Withdrawal

4.1 After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.

4.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

4.3 To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the product, in the same manner as it would be allowed for testing the product in a physical store.

4.4 If the product has been used for purposes other than what is necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functionality, or if there are signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refund amount based on the decrease in the product's value.

4.5 To return the product, a withdrawal statement must be submitted in free form and sent to the email address seljakool@seljakool.ee within 14 days of receiving the product.

4.6 The buyer must return the product within 14 days following the submission of the withdrawal statement or provide proof that the product has been handed over to the carrier within the aforementioned period.

4.8 The Online Store may refuse to make a refund until it has received the item that is the subject of the contract or until the buyer has provided proof that the item has been returned, whichever occurs first.

4.9 If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method that differs from the cheapest standard delivery option offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not obligated to reimburse the buyer for costs that exceed the cost of the standard delivery method.

4.10 The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods if the price of the product in the online store has been listed significantly below the market price due to an error.

  1. Right to File a Claim

5.1 The Online Store is responsible for any non-compliance with the contract terms or defects in the goods that existed at the time of delivery and become apparent within two years from the date the goods were delivered to the buyer. Within 1 year from the delivery of the product to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. The Online Store is obligated to refute this presumption.

5.2 In case of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months by sending an email to seljakool@seljakool.ee.

5.3 The Online Store is not responsible for defects that occur after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.

5.4 If the product purchased from the Online Store has defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective product. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.

5.5 The Online Store will respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a format that allows for written reproduction within 15 days.

  1. Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data

6.1 The Online Store uses the personal data provided by the buyer only for processing the order and delivering the goods to the buyer.

6.2 The Online Store will send newsletters and offers to the buyer's email address only if the buyer has expressed a wish to receive them by entering their email address on the website and indicating their preference to receive direct mail notifications.

6.3 The buyer can opt out of receiving offers and newsletters at any time by informing us via email or by following the instructions provided in the email containing the offers.

  1. Dispute Resolution

7.1 If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent to the email address seljakool@seljakool.ee.

7.2 If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve a dispute through an agreement, the buyer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The procedure conditions can be reviewed, and the application can be submitted at here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is authorized to resolve disputes arising from agreements between the buyer and the online store. The review of a buyer's complaint in the committee is free of charge.

7.3 The buyer may also refer the dispute to the European Union's online dispute resolution platform.
