COURSE ORGANIZATION TERMS

General Information

  1. Course Organizer
    Seljakool OÜ (registration code 16608376) organizes adult training courses in the field of personal development, focusing on health-related topics.

  2. Compliance with Legal Regulations
    The organization of courses is based on the Adult Education Act, the Continuing Education Standard and other relevant legislation and documents.

  3. Nature of the Courses

    • The courses are not a healthcare service or supplementary training for professionals working in the healthcare sector.
    • The courses are mostly conducted online as live training sessions.
    • In the case of in-person courses, the terms differ from those of online courses and are explained in the course program.
  4. General Terms of the Courses

    • The duration of the courses is measured in academic hours (1 hour = 45 minutes).
    • The courses take place Estonian and in groups with a size of 5–25 people.
    • Digital materials are included in the course price. Printed materials are available for an additional fee.
  5. Course Schedule
    Live training sessions generally take place outside of working hours (in the evenings), while independent work is flexible and can be done at a time chosen by the participant.


Course Participation Terms and Conditions

  1. Participation and Payment

    • To participate in the courses, you must pay the course fee and register on the website.
    • An invoice can be issued upon request. To pay based on an invoice, please contact via email: seljakool@seljakool.ee.
  2. Information About Participation
    No later than 2 days before the course starts, participants will receive an email with information about the course organization, instructions, and schedule.

  3. Cancellation and Refunds

    • Online Courses: A full refund will be issued if cancellation is communicated within 3 days from the start of the course.
    • In-Person Courses: Cancellation must be communicated at least 7 days before the course starts. Payments will not be refunded for later notifications.
  4. Participant Removal
    Seljakool OÜ reserves the right to remove a participant from the course if they disrupt public order, disturb others, or violate the course participation rules.


Course Cancellation or Postponement

  1. Group Under-enrollment
    Seljakool OÜ reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course if the group does not meet the minimum enrollment. Registered participants will be notified via email.

  2. Refund or Transfer of Payment
    In the event of course cancellation, the participation fee will be fully refunded or transferred to another course at the participant's request.


Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

  1. Data Collection and Processing

    • Seljakool OÜ collects the following information about course participants: first and last name, email address.
    • Personal data is processed in accordance with Estonian Personal Data Protection Act and the European Union's GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
  2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
    By registering for the course, the participant confirms that they have read and agreed to Seljakool OÜ's terms of use and privacy policy.
